Jordan Russell is an American with a lifelong interest in geography and travel. Raised in Madrid, London and Paris, he first moved to the United States to attend Bowdoin College where he majored in Mathematics and Romance Languages. After a two year stint in investment banking, Jordan received his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Subsequently, he joined the Boston Consulting Group where he worked with large and small technology companies on issues involving business strategy and marketing. Leaving BCG, he co-founded an enterprise software company in Austin, Texas, backed by one of the largest venture capital firms in the United States. In 2000, he returned to the consulting business, asssisting technology-intensive service companies with market analysis and development. As an investment banker and management consultant, Jordan has lived in Mexico, Australia and Hong Kong. However, like most people, he knows that he will never visit all the places that interest him. He created the "U Live Where?" project as a vehicle to channel his interests in geography and travel, and to share his discoveries with others.
